Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for pattern interpretation, assembly of pilot garments, marking corrections, and operating sewing machines, with a focus on construction quality. Key Highlights: 1. Pattern interpretation and assembly of pilot garments 2. Proficiency in construction techniques and fabric variety 3. In-depth knowledge of woven fabrics and trimmings Responsibilities and Duties: Interpret patterns and sketches to assemble pilot garments; Assemble pilot samples of various styles under the guidance of the Pattern Maker; Identify potential corrections and improvements during the pilot garment assembly process. Ability to work with a variety of fabrics Operate all types of sewing machines; Requirements and Qualifications: Proven experience as a pilot seamstress, preferably in fashion companies; Mastery of construction techniques across different market segments; In-depth knowledge of woven fabrics and trimmings, including their characteristics; Technical expertise in cutting and sewing, ensuring high-quality finished garments; Familiarity with cutting and sewing machines and equipment used in pilot sampling.
