Job Summary: Conduct technical inspections, plan and execute repairs in residential units, and provide technical support to the Engineer. Key Highlights: 1. Technical inspections and repairs of residential units 2. Transportation of personnel and materials, productivity monitoring 3. Technical support to the Technical Assistance Engineer **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform technical inspections of residential units to identify construction defects; plan and oversee repair execution; transport personnel and materials using Emccamp's vehicle; monitor team productivity; size up requirements (materials, equipment, tools); provide technical support to the Technical Assistance Engineer. **EDUCATION:** Civil Engineering / Building Technician / Construction Foreman **KNOWLEDGE:** Reading technical drawings / material surveying and requisition / team leadership.
