




Job Summary: The professional will execute and coordinate administrative activities at construction sites, including personnel management, contracts, and cash flow. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate administrative activities at construction sites. 2. Manage HR processes such as hiring, termination, and payroll. 3. Monitor cash flow and oversee material procurement. * Execute and coordinate administrative activities at construction sites or work fronts; Contact candidates to fill vacancies; Receive candidates during interviews; Assist foremen and supervisors with daily tasks; Monitor service contract progress; Administer site-related processes, including hiring, termination, timekeeping closure, payroll, and disciplinary actions; Oversee material procurement; Monitor cash flow and record invoices for billing; Track working hours in the timekeeping system; Manage meal allowances; Verify records and documentation for both in-house and third-party employees; Support site workers; Submit daily headcount reports, including absences and medical certificates. * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; Proven experience in this role; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.500,00 \- R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
