Problem solving and schedule assurance * Responsible for coordinating daily activities on construction sites, ensuring work is carried out according to the scheduled plan. * Supervises workers, assigns tasks, and ensures all team members are aware of their responsibilities at each stage of the project. * Manages inventory of construction materials and places replenishment orders when necessary. * Ensures work is completed within the stipulated timeframe, making adjustments as needed to prevent delays. * Acts as liaison between field teams and the Engineering team, while maintaining communication with suppliers and other professionals involved in the project. * Handles problem resolution: in case of unforeseen issues during construction, makes quick decisions to minimize impact and maintain progress without significant setbacks.
