Solid experience as a Construction Foreman ### **Construction Foreman \| PJ** Professional responsible for leading and coordinating on-site activities, ensuring service execution with quality, safety, and within established deadlines. ### **Responsibilities** * Lead and assign tasks to construction teams; * Plan and organize work fronts according to the schedule; * Monitor execution to ensure quality (leveling, plumb, alignment); * Control productivity and deadlines; * Support material and equipment management; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE; * Maintain site organization; * Report progress and issues to the engineer; * Provide technical guidance to teams; * Support site records and reporting. ### **Requirements** * Solid experience as a Construction Foreman; * Experience managing civil construction teams; * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings; * Knowledge of construction processes; * Leadership, organizational, and proactive mindset. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in industrial projects or logistics warehouses; * Knowledge of productivity and quality control; * Experience in occupational safety. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
