Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing decorative textures and paintings, applying varnish, assessing surface conditions, and preparing materials for service execution. Key Highlights: 1. Perform decorative textures and paintings 2. Prepare surfaces and materials for painting 3. Experience with epoxy paint * Apply wall textures * Perform decorative paintings * Apply varnish on wooden elements, such as doors and windows, for example * Assess the condition of existing paint and the state of walls, doors, windows, etc. * Review construction execution plans * Measure the area to be painted * Determine the most suitable finishing type * Create mock-ups to study colors, shadows, shapes, planes, and light effects, whenever necessary * Assist in selecting paints * Prepare cost estimates * Prepare the worksite, as well as all equipment and tools * Prepare the surface of the structure to be painted or varnished (may include paint removal and application of fillers to level the surface) * Mix materials in correct proportions (including paints, varnishes, driers, thinners, fillers, oils, etc.) * Execute tasks assigned by the supervisor * Perform duties relevant to the position * Repair walls and floors in general * Experience with epoxy paint Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Birthday Day Off * Life Insurance * Dental Plan * Health Plan * Meal Voucher
