If you are organized, possess an analytical mindset, enjoy working with control and indicators, and wish to work in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you! **Work Location:** Penha Circular – RJ **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday (6x1\) \| Shift to be defined. **Employment Type:** CLT – Permanent **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor vehicles undergoing maintenance, tracking status and deadlines; * Prepare managerial reports focused on performance indicators (KPIs); * Research and identify suppliers for maintenance and various services; * Monitor budgets and support the finance department in cost validation; * Track vehicle progress at repair shops, ensuring process efficiency; * Support the Fleet and Maintenance team in organizing and managing operational data. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education; * Minimum of 6 months’ professional experience in administrative or fleet-related routines; * Intermediate Excel skills (spreadsheets, formulas, and charts); * Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and proactivity. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Academic background (in progress or completed) in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; * Knowledge of KPIs and managerial report preparation; * Experience in administrative routines focused on fleet and maintenance management.
