




Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Performance Coordinator for Collections to create, implement, and manage management indicators, conduct projections, and manage delinquent portfolios. Holistic view of the delinquent portfolio and market analysis Description: We seek professionals with: * Completed undergraduate degree in: Engineering, Statistics, Project Management, Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree (preferred but not mandatory); * Advanced-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Knowledge of the higher education market (preferred but not mandatory); * Knowledge of collection strategy and policies (mandatory); * Experience in collection strategy, management indicators for delinquent portfolios, and performance management. Key challenges for the FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE COORDINATOR FOR COLLECTIONS include: * Creating, implementing, and managing PDD (Provision for Doubtful Debt) management intelligence indicators, as well as leading meetings with BUs on this topic; * Creating and managing the following financial result lines: received late fees and interest, and granted discounts; * Creating and monitoring strategic indicators such as rollover rate by delinquency bucket, portfolio sizes, and significant changes; * Leading the area's budget (creation, updating, and management), performance projection views (using creative and diverse statistical methods for this purpose); * Proactively conducting forecasts, scenario analysis, and impact analysis (pre- and post-event), both for PDD and for discount expense lines and revenue from late fees and interest received; * Managing the delinquent portfolio holistically, with understanding of student profiles, behavioral analytics integration, and various analyses; * Looking externally at competitors, analyzing financial statements of companies in analogous situations, and identifying opportunities. 2512070202191849740
