




Job Summary: This professional will provide information and assistance to Management in making strategic decisions, aiming to improve profitability and productivity while maintaining organization and control over company activities. Profitability and productivity improvement Provide information and assistance to Management regarding financial and human resources matters and other strategic issues; maintain organization, smooth operation, and control over all company activities; aim to improve profitability and productivity. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** • Participate in the development, execution, and monitoring of the Strategic Plan • Provide support to Management • Recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes • Personnel routines and documentation • Monitoring tasks across other departments • Employee performance evaluation • Research and implementation of tax and fiscal regulations • Verification related to billing and internal/external accounting • Communication with managers and tasks related to Banks, Factories, and similar entities (statement reconciliation, payments, and other transactions) • Approval of financial movement with Management • Management of service contracts, their activities, and relationships with third parties • Negotiations regarding customer and supplier payments • Approval of customer registration and credit approval/blocking • Support to Procurement • Contact with ERP system support regarding billing (and other urgent matters) • Support for maintenance, cleaning, and general organization • Support for company compliance with regulations and oversight bodies Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: R$1\.800,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month
