Identification of process improvements and financial automation Coordinate treasury and accounts payable operations, ensuring the company's daily financial balance, documentary compliance, and efficient payment execution, with a focus on control, predictability, and resource optimization. **Key Responsibilities** Manage corporate treasury operations, monitoring daily cash requirements and ensuring resource availability to meet financial obligations; Plan and control projected and actual cash flow, analyzing variances and proposing adjustments; Coordinate the accounts payable team, supervising document validation, invoices, contracts, and payment requests; Approve payments and ensure compliance with internal policies and defined deadlines; Manage banking operations and relationships with financial institutions, optimizing costs and processes; Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, aiming for operational efficiency and transaction security; Prepare and present managerial and consolidated cash flow reports to senior management. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; Proven experience in treasury, accounts payable, and team management; Solid knowledge of cash flow management, banking routines, reconciliations, and payment controls; Proficiency in advanced spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and financial ERP systems; Analytical, organized profile with strategic vision; Leadership skills, decision-making ability, and communication skills across all organizational levels. **Desirable Differentiators** Experience with consolidated financial forecasting and management of multiple units; Experience in large-scale corporate environments; Knowledge of Power BI or financial automation tools.
