Segment Supervisor (EFAF/EM)

Together with our more than 27,000 students and their families, we form an even larger family rooted in strong values—lived consistently across each of our schools: **LOVE, GRIT, FOCUS, and MERIT**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Strategic definition of the pedagogical proposal for the EFAF and EM segments; * Monitoring network-wide pedagogical indicators; * Designing pedagogical initiatives aimed at improving teaching and learning processes; * Aligning with other departments to ensure smooth information flow and successful implementation of pedagogical initiatives; * Developing and reviewing pedagogical documents that guide school-level work; * Producing and reviewing qualitative and quantitative analyses to support decision-making within the department; * Organizing nationwide pedagogical events and projects; * Communicating and advising pedagogical coordinators on aspects of daily school operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy or a related teaching licensure program; * Teaching and school management experience; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Present in Belo Horizonte, the Federal District, Goiás, Mato Grosso do Sul, Paraná, Santa Catarina, São Paulo, and Rio de Janeiro, for 20 years—we are the school committed to transforming lives through education.
