Involvement in internal and external company communication ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Objective: Strategically and operationally manage the company's communications, with a strong focus on content production, social media, internal and external communication, as well as support in CRM management and corporate event organization. Prior experience in service-based companies will be considered an important differentiator. **Main Responsibilities** Manage institutional and promotional content production, ensuring alignment with brand positioning; Plan, execute, and monitor social media content (organic and campaign support); Handle internal and external communication, supporting endomarketing initiatives, announcements, presentations, and institutional materials; Administer and support CRM management, including data updates, segmentation, campaign support, and performance analysis; Support the production and organization of corporate, commercial, and institutional events (planning, communication, materials, and operational support); Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and partners (design, events, technology, sales); Monitor performance metrics and suggest continuous improvements to marketing initiatives. 100% on-site \- Monday to Friday ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields; Previous experience as a Mid-level Marketing Analyst; Experience in service-based companies (a plus); Experience in content and social media management; Knowledge of CRM (operational use and campaign support); Strong written and verbal communication skills; Organizational skills, sense of priority, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
