WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A MULTIMEDIA CONTENT ANALYST AT MSF\-BRAZIL:** You will produce original, creative, and innovative audiovisual content for Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Brazil’s channels—including image and audio capture, editing, and adaptation—in alignment with the priorities and demands of the Strategic Engagement Hub, contributing to increased visibility for the organization and the humanitarian crises in which it operates, as well as strengthening public engagement—while maintaining attention to representation, responsible use of images and narratives, and mitigation of biases in audiovisual production. **2\. WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGES?** * Transform complex information into easily understandable, engaging audiovisual products capable of connecting with new audiences; * Propose impactful and engaging solutions for content made available by the movement, considering the movement’s priorities and the Hub’s strategies; * Develop relevant audiovisual content by identifying and suggesting market trends and practices from other MSF offices; Contribute to ensuring that audiovisual content represents people, contexts, and humanitarian crises ethically, respectfully, and without stereotyping—recognizing and adjusting potential narrative and visual biases. * **3\. WHAT DOES A TYPICAL WORKDAY LOOK LIKE?** * Propose scripts and creative solutions for audiovisual materials, considering objectives, specific audiences, and care regarding representation, language, and potential biases—in alignment with Coordination; * Create and produce original audiovisual content alongside the content team, participating in all stages of the process—from image capture to finalization—ensuring ethical use of images, respect for cultural contexts, and attention to the dignity of individuals portrayed; * Edit, optimize, and adapt videos and images provided by international MSF offices and field projects, considering local context, cultural appropriateness, and possible risks of misinterpretation; * Create and adapt graphic assets (social media cards, advertisements, infographics, maps, banners, flyers, reports, etc.), considering different formats and objectives—observing diversity of representation, avoiding stereotypes, and aligning communication with MSF’s ethical and humanitarian principles; * Create and develop visual proposals for institutional campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and thematic topics addressed by MSF—in collaboration with relevant departments and based on respective briefings, received guidance, and departmental strategic objectives; * Conduct photographic/audiovisual coverage of MSF\-Brazil events and activities—including editing, archiving, and timely delivery of produced material; * Monitor the international MSF movement’s editorial priorities, as well as the Strategic Engagement Hub’s and MSF\-Brazil’s strategic priorities—to propose solutions and ensure alignment of audiovisual production; * Track emerging trends in new audiovisual formats and languages to share with the team and produce them—with Coordination support—as appropriate and aligned with MSF\-Brazil’s strategies; * Support, when necessary, publishing content across digital channels—including the MSF\-Brazil website and social media profiles; * Ensure all produced materials and their associated projects are organized and archived in MSF\-Brazil’s audiovisual directory or another designated internal platform; * Upload audiovisual content to MSF International’s Media Data Base or other internal communication platforms, as needed; * Participate in MSF’s global audiovisual professionals network—including forums and webinars—to exchange experiences, foster group synergy, and suggest best practices; * Apply agile methodologies and short delivery cycles, with continuous learning and flexibility to adapt to change. **Requirements:** **4\.
