Job Summary: We are seeking a professional skilled in mobile video capture and editing to create authentic content for clients, with emphasis on rhythm, visual identity, and purpose. Key Highlights: 1. Agile capture of authentic content in real-world environments 2. Creative mobile editing for Reels, TikTok, and Stories 3. Development of storytelling for short-form video We seek a candidate with a refined eye for content, field agility, and proficiency in mobile editing. You will visit clients to capture authentic footage and deliver finalized videos directly from your smartphone—emphasizing rhythm, visual identity, and purpose. Responsibilities: Capture: • Proficiency in framing, natural and artificial lighting basics • Smartphone recording with focus, exposure, and stabilization control • Understanding of visual composition (rule of thirds, leading lines) • Ability to capture swiftly in real-world environments, without studio support Mobile Editing (CapCut preferred / InShot / VN): • Editing Reels, TikTok, and Stories with rhythm, hard cuts, and animated captions • Application of client’s visual identity: fonts, colors, and templates Formats and Content: • Proficiency in formats: 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9 • Storytelling for short-form video: hook, development, and CTA • Experience with behind-the-scenes footage, testimonials, product showcases, and events Requirements: • Use of lapel or external directional microphone • Experience with portable lighting (ring light, LED panel) • Basic understanding of editing in Premiere or DaVinci • Portfolio featuring content across multiple segments • Knowledge of video SEO • Residence in Rio de Janeiro Desirable: • Proactivity in the field • Organized file delivery • Strong communication with clients • Fast turnaround time • Openness to feedback Additional Information: On-site work required due to on-location shoots 15-day break every 6 months Birthday Day\-off Allya (discount platform) Wellhub (Gympass) Udemy access
