Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to join our Infrastructure Investments team, focused on origination, structuring, and execution of investments in concessions and public-private partnerships (PPPs). Dynamic, challenging, and collaborative environment We are looking for a professional to join our Infrastructure Investments team in Rio de Janeiro, focusing on origination, structuring, and execution of investments in concessions and public-private partnerships (PPPs), primarily in the Energy, Water and Sanitation sectors, among others. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead origination, modeling, structuring, and execution of infrastructure investments, concessions, and PPPs, covering all stages of the investment lifecycle; * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (financial, technical, legal, and regulatory) in managing complex projects; * Develop and review financial models and economic-financial evaluations of concessions and infrastructure assets; * Prepare and deliver presentations, investment case studies, and progress reports to diverse target audiences; * Lead Due Diligence processes (technical, financial, legal, environmental, and regulatory) for potential investments; * Support portfolio strategy definition and corporate structuring of investment vehicles; * Monitor operational, financial, and ESG performance of portfolio companies and projects under development, contributing to value creation and risk mitigation; * Actively contribute to the training and development of analysts and associates, promoting technical excellence and cultural alignment with Vinci Compass values. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Minimum 8–10 years of experience in infrastructure investments or project finance; * A Master’s, PhD, MBA, or postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines is considered a strong advantage; * Proficiency in advanced financial modeling; * Familiarity with programming tools (Python, R, C++, etc.) and AI integration across all stages of the investment process; * In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and contractual practices in infrastructure sectors; * Fluent English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus; * Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills; * Strategic, collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented profile with long-term vision and focus on value creation.
