Join this community! **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Developing and maintaining templates, schedules, reports, and work and communication plans in coordination with contracted companies; * Preparing and monitoring economic, physical/financial planning; * Supporting activity selection and prioritization aligned with planning to ensure timely milestone delivery; * Mapping team capacity and availability, and supporting resource allocation across projects; * Developing project status reports (weekly/monthly); * Verifying, validating, and posting monthly measurements; * Developing dashboards with KPIs (schedule, cost, risks); * Monitoring performance indicators (schedule, cost, scope, quality); * Managing project risks and dependencies; * Managing contracts (construction and manpower); * Managing budget curves (forecasting and adherence); * Performing project initiation and closure checklists; * Conducting kickoff meetings with companies; * Conducting weekly follow-up meetings with companies; * Interfacing with contact/supply chain teams (notifications, penalties, and contract follow-up); * Facilitating status meetings and leadership committees; * Consolidating implementation project one-pagers and communicating project vision and progress to all stakeholders; * Coordinating integration among departments regarding project requirements; * Managing non-conformities and handling safety-related actions; * Developing lessons learned and best practices for projects; **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering and/or Production Engineering and/or related fields; * Proven experience in complex industrial projects and technical management is desirable; * Experience in project management, methodologies, and planning tools (e.g., MS Project) is desirable; * Knowledge or experience with ISO 14001: Environmental Management System (EMS) is desirable.
