Contribution to SLAs and network quality **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you daily:** --------------------------------- * Responsible for receiving/treating optical fiber network fault alerts (HFC, GPON, and Enterprise). * Technician must safeguard their optical unit, equipment, and materials to resolve faults as quickly and effectively as possible. * Integral part of delivering SLAs and network quality. * Responsibility for TOA operations and administrative tasks relevant to this position. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **We are looking for someone who:** * Thinks and acts from the customer's perspective.
