Job Summary:
Professional responsible for implementing, monitoring, and providing technical advisory support on legal compliance and environmental requirements, working on environmental licensing and project management.

**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS**
**EXPERIENCE**
* Minimum of 03 (three) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services;
* Microsoft Office Suite.
**EDUCATION**
* **Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Forestry Engineering, or other related fields.**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Implementation and monitoring of legal compliance and other environmental requirements, in accordance with PE\-2DPT\-00087 (Identification, Access, and Monitoring of Legal and Other Requirements) applicable to operational sites;
* Registration in the SMSNet system or equivalent;
* Technical advisory support and analysis for registration and tracking of environmental licenses, authorizations, and conditions within the LA\+ system or equivalent;
* Technical advisory support using Power BI tools;
* Technical advisory support for PAG, APIR, and VCL audits;
* Participation in processes for obtaining environmental licenses and authorizations required for project implementation with relevant environmental agencies;
* Technical advisory support during SMS committee meetings, management reviews, PAD, etc., including preparation of necessary materials, proposing solutions, and monitoring implementation of agreed actions;
* Technical advisory support and issuance of analyses and expert opinions concerning project schedules, considering deadlines for fulfilling conditions, validity periods of environmental licenses and authorizations;
* Technical advisory support and issuance of analyses and expert opinions regarding field activities and review of environmental service contracts, such as forest restoration, fauna rescue and monitoring, contaminated site management, degraded area management, etc.;
* Technical advisory support and issuance of reports, analyses, and expert opinions for activities involving intervention and removal of native vegetation, forest inventory, forest restoration, identification of isolated tree species, with expertise in mangrove areas and carcinofauna.
