Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Coordinator to manage and coordinate real estate construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and sustainability, in alignment with ESG projects and practices. We seek a **Construction Coordinator** to manage and coordinate real estate construction projects, ensuring compliance with schedules, costs, quality, safety, and sustainability, in accordance with project specifications, contracts, applicable legislation, and ESG practices. This professional will play a fundamental role in leading construction teams and consolidating a safe, ethical environment aligned with Integrated Management Systems. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate construction execution, ensuring compliance with physical\-financial schedules, budget, and quality standards; * Lead internal and third-party teams, promoting productivity, organization, and technical alignment; * Serve as the liaison between engineering, procurement, occupational safety, quality, and planning & control; * Monitor measurements, physical progress reports, supplier contracts, and contractor agreements; * Ensure compliance with applicable labor, environmental, and urban legislation related to the project; * Support client relations, regulatory inspections, and other project stakeholders; * Ensure compliance with applicable Regulatory Norms (NRs); * Proactively identify and mitigate risks on construction sites; * Collaborate with the Occupational Safety team in incident analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions; * Ensure application of requirements from Integrated Management Systems; * Standardize processes, maintain document control, and keep technical records for the project; * Support internal and external audits; * Implement and monitor practices aligned with ESG principles; * Contribute to fostering a culture of socio-environmental responsibility on site. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Active CREA registration; * Prior experience coordinating residential construction projects in the real estate market; * Knowledge of planning, cost control, and reading/interpreting project documentation; * Experience in Occupational Safety, ESG, and ISO standards; * Proficiency in management and planning tools (MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD; BIM is a plus). **Behavioral Competencies** -------------------------------- * Leadership and decision-making ability; * Organization and systemic vision; * Clear communication and ethical conduct; * Results-, safety-, and sustainability-oriented mindset; * Ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments and under pressure. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** Barra da Tijuca **Employment Type:** CLT **Then you're just like us!** We are an urban development company specializing in residential and commercial real estate, with strong presence in São Paulo, Campinas, and Rio de Janeiro.
