Consultative engagement with clients and internal teams **[Services] Senior Protheus Implementation Analyst | Implementation and Support** ==================================================================================== TOTVS | Rio de Janeiro - RJ | On-site Job Description Role Mission We are seeking a Senior BackOffice Implementation Analyst with strong expertise in the Protheus suite, particularly in Foreign Trade (COMEX) modules. This professional will be responsible for leading implementation, support, and continuous process improvement initiatives, acting consultatively with clients and internal departments. Responsibilities and Duties WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Lead ERP Protheus implementation projects, focusing on BackOffice and COMEX modules; * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with stakeholders; * Configure and parameterize system modules according to client needs; * Facilitate integration across modules (Finance, Tax, Inventory, Purchasing, Billing, and COMEX); * Ensure compliance with current foreign trade legislation; * Conduct functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients; * Deliver training to end users and operational teams; * Support incident resolution and post-implementation improvements; * Develop technical and functional project documentation; * Serve as the technical reference for teams and clients. Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Solid hands-on experience implementing Protheus (BackOffice); * Demonstrated experience with COMEX modules (Import and Export); * Knowledge of foreign trade processes (drawback, DI, DU-E, RE, etc.); * Experience with Protheus configuration and customization; * Understanding of ERP module integration; * Ability to analyze business processes and gather requirements; * Experience in client-facing roles and project leadership; * Completed undergraduate degree (IT, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or related fields) Desirable Qualifications IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD: * Knowledge of ADVPL; * Experience with API or WebServices integrations; * Protheus-related certifications; * Experience in large-scale projects or multi-company environments; * Intermediate English or Spanish; * Behavioral Competencies; * Analytical and consultative mindset; * Clear and concise communication; * Proactivity and ownership mentality; * Organization and prioritization skills; * Teamwork and collaboration.
