Come be yourself and join a TIM team that has the courage to innovate, the freedom to try, and the will to make a difference in people’s lives. \#imagineaspossibilidades We value applications from People with Disabilities, Black People, LGBTI\+ People, People aged 45\+, and Women! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for optimizing configurations of Access Network elements, maintaining quality indicators within thresholds aligned with departmental goals and seeking to maximize Customer Experience. **Main Activities** * Assess network indicator variability and implement action plans; * Coordinate and support Vendor Optimizers; * Optimize parameterization of Access Network elements to ensure CEX; * Manage RF parameter baselines at regional or national level; * Address network complaints by performing diagnostics and routing them for resolution; * Analyze impacts of new feature deployments and monitor Day-After performance; * Evaluate periodic and on-demand drive-tests and MDTs; * Align with peer departments across the company to ensure quality in a matrixed manner (Core, Transport, Operations, OSS, etc.) and end-to-end; * Monitor trials and testing of new technologies and services. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree preferably in Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; * Knowledge of Access and Transmission Network technologies (3G, 4G, 5G, MW, FO, IoT, etc.); * Familiarity with KPI tools; * Familiarity with CEX tools; * Knowledge of IP networks; * Analytics development experience; * Understanding of 3GPP specifications; * Familiarity with crowdsourcing tools; * Knowledge of data modeling and statistics; * Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; * Programming knowledge (e.g., VBA, Python) is desirable. **Work Regime** * Hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote), Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; * Work location: Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro-RJ. **Additional Information** *We value applications from People with Disabilities, Black People, LGBTI\+ People, People aged 45\+, and Women!* At TIM, your well-being is our well-being — therefore, the ***Conexão Bem \+ Estar*** program aims to **strengthen TIM’s genuine care for the TIM team and their families**, through practical initiatives across multiple fronts so that everyone remains well — both personally and professionally.
