DESCRIPTION: Conduct routine inspections to assess the condition and functionality of equipment; perform maintenance on electric motors, motor-pumps, centrifugal pumps, and components (mechanical seals, couplings, bearings, etc.); carry out lubrication and adjustments according to technical specifications; disassemble and reassemble motors, identifying and correcting faults; replace oil, clean, and perform general equipment maintenance; record and track completed repairs and replaced parts; maintain up-to-date inventory records of equipment and spare parts. REQUIREMENTS Completed high school education; Proven experience in this role; Advanced technical knowledge in HVAC maintenance; Proficiency in fault diagnosis, reading diagrams, and interpreting project documentation.
