JOB DESCRIPTION: Conduct routine inspections to assess equipment condition and functionality; perform maintenance on electric motors, motor-pumps, centrifugal pumps, and components (mechanical seals, couplings, bearings, etc.); carry out lubrication and adjustments per technical specifications; disassemble and reassemble motors, identifying and correcting defects; replace oil, clean, and perform general equipment maintenance; record and track completed repairs and replaced parts; maintain up-to-date inventory records of equipment and spare parts. REQUIREMENTS Completed High School Education; Proven experience in this role; Advanced technical knowledge in HVAC maintenance; Proficiency in fault diagnosis, diagram reading, and project interpretation.
