Adherence to safety regulations and environmental integrity ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Conducts preventive patrolling—both internal and external—within company premises to ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and organizational assets. During patrols, identifies suspicious behavior and takes preventive action to avoid theft, property damage, or other situations posing risks to environmental integrity. Responsible for controlling access of personnel and vehicles by verifying documentation, authorizing entry only for pre-identified individuals, and ensuring secure and organized compliance with entry and exit procedures. In emergency situations, responds promptly—administering first aid when necessary and contacting relevant authorities such as police, fire department, or medical services. Additionally, documents incidents and events in daily reports, detailing actions taken, timestamps, involved parties, and other relevant information for security history tracking and follow-up. Finally, ensures strict adherence to all established safety regulations and procedures, maintaining order, smooth operational functioning, and corporate environmental integrity. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education (mandatory). * Prior experience in security fields is preferred but not mandatory. * Valid Armed Security Guard License (ATA) (required). * Proficiency in using security systems, such as surveillance cameras and alarm systems. * Strong communication skills, both with colleagues and visitors. * Basic knowledge of asset protection security and operation of security and communication systems. * Proactive and vigilant attitude. ### **BENEFITS** * Meal/Voucher Allowance: BRL 37.85 per day; Transportation Voucher * 30% hazard pay * Night shift allowance (if assigned to night shifts) ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Types:** CLT and Temporary
