Ensuring compliance with technical safety standards **The Seres Group, in partnership with a national company in the plastic industry segment, is seeking a professional to work as an Industrial Maintenance Technician.** **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems (lighting, outlets, circuit breakers, power distribution panels, wiring, motors, and operational equipment). * Install and replace lighting fixtures, reflectors, outlets, switches, fans, and other electrical devices. * Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in systems affecting operations (e.g., refrigeration equipment, display units, emergency lighting systems). * Conduct periodic inspections of electrical panels and power supply systems to ensure safety and compliance. * Support the development of preventive electrical maintenance plans in collaboration with the technical team. * Interpret electrical diagrams, installation layouts, and connection schematics. * Ensure adherence to technical regulations (NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-35, among others) and safety best practices. * Provide technical support to the general maintenance team for tasks involving electrical power. * Maintain control and organization of materials and tools used during maintenance activities. * Install, calibrate, and replace sensors, frequency inverters, protective relays, and control devices. * Support continuous improvement, energy efficiency, and modernization projects for electrical systems. **Working Hours:** * Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; * Shift Pattern: 5 days on, 2 days off; * Work Model: On-site; * Availability for occasional weekends and other shifts required.
