**Position:** Senior Contract Analyst
**Description and Requirements**
**Who you will work with:**
You will join the **Contracts** team within **Enel Commercial**.
The Contracts team handles energy contract signing and negotiation, as well as liaising with the Commercial area to support the Group’s Legal and Regulatory departments and interact with clients. The team’s objective is to ensure robust legal backing aligned with commercial viability for business operations, while managing document execution in the most agile manner possible.
**Your responsibilities:**
**In this role, you will be responsible for:**
* Drafting and reviewing electricity purchase and sale contracts related to the free market, distributed generation, intermediation, service provision, NDAs, notifications, and counter-notifications;
* Drafting and reviewing commercial partnership contracts related to the free market or bundled solutions, NDAs, and counter-notifications;
* Implementing operational processes to comply with regulatory instructions and verifying compliance for audit purposes;
* Analyzing corporate documents of clients/counterparties to certify their legal authority to sign contractual instruments;
* Managing the issuance and renewal of Enel’s powers of attorney (Retail Contracts) to ensure their legal validity in contractual instruments;
* Drafting and managing documents, internal presentations, reports, and spreadsheets for area performance indicators.
**What we expect from you:**
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in technical, consulting, or customer support roles on the Genesys platform (Engage and Cloud);
* Knowledge of cloud computing and networking;
* Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills;
* Ability to thrive in a multicultural and dynamic environment and adapt to change;
* Management of multidisciplinary teams involved in projects;
* Ability to perform effectively under pressure;
* Ability to manage change.
**Mandatory Academic Qualification:**
Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business Administration.
Language proficiency: Intermediate English is a plus.
**Desirable Technical Skills:**
* Microsoft Office suite;
* AI tools (Copilot).
