Then check out this opportunity and **\#JoinUOL!** At **UOL**, everyone is welcome, **regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, culture, religion, disability, etc.** What matters most is your passion for challenges, ability to work well in teams, alignment with our culture and mission of connecting every Brazilian to their own universe. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the Design team in creating and refining workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces. * Contribute to usability research and user testing. * Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews alongside Product and Development teams. * Ensure visual consistency and adherence to the Design System. * Collaborate with developers to guarantee correct interface implementation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, Marketing, or related fields. * Experience (even academic or personal projects) in interface design and/or user experience. * Proficiency in **Figma**. * Knowledge of **image and vector editing** (Adobe Creative Suite). * Basic understanding of **UX Writing**, **visual hierarchy**, and **accessibility**. * A **portfolio** showcasing projects or case studies. **Additional Information** **While not mandatory for this position, it would be great if you also had:** * Experience with **Design Systems**. * Basic knowledge of **HTML/CSS**. * Interest in **data analysis** and **product metrics**.
