Job Summary: Financial and operational data analyst to consolidate, analyze, and develop reports and dashboards, supporting the identification of improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Support in identifying deviations and improvement opportunities Description: * Education: Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience with data analysis, KPIs, and financial reporting; * Tools: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros), SQL, Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling); * Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Python or prior experience in Revenue Cycle areas (Billing, Accounts Receivable, Controller); * Consolidate, process, and analyze financial and operational data related to the Revenue Cycle (billing, accounts receivable, claim denials, auditing, and unit performance); * Develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and Power Query; * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose evidence-based action plans; * Support identification of deviations and improvement opportunities in financial processes; * Integrate data across internal systems (ERP, spreadsheets, BI tools, hospital information systems), ensuring data consistency and up-to-date databases; * Conduct comparative analyses by region, unit, and service type, generating strategic insights for leadership; * Participate in continuous improvement and process automation initiatives, aiming to increase efficiency and data accuracy; * Act consultatively with partner departments (Billing, Accounts Receivable, Controller, Operations), translating data into business decisions. 2512100202181563856
