Work Location: Centro, Rio de Janeiro - RJ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Employment Type: On-site **This opportunity is exclusively for persons with disabilities or rehabilitated individuals.** * Answer, control, and filter incoming telephone calls; * Send messages via e-mail; * Receive visitors, service providers, and clients, and direct them to the appropriate personnel; * Ensure proper control of visitor and staff data from other sites; * Receive, dispatch, and track courier packages sent between bases; * Sort, register, and notify the arrival of all correspondence (DHL, FEDEX, RA, SEDEX, CORREIOS, etc.); * Generate Wi-Fi passwords for visitors, clients, and service providers, and keep them updated in the system; * Process billing for service providers under your responsibility (CORREIOS, FEDEX, motorcycle courier services, etc.). * Issue visitor, employee, and service provider badges using the foracesso system.
