The Operational Analyst is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to air and road transportation activities, ensuring efficiency, punctuality, and service quality, while organizing routes and supporting drivers.

**Job Mission**
To provide administrative and operational support to air and road transportation activities, ensuring efficiency, punctuality, and service quality, always in compliance with internal standards and sector requirements. The Operational Analyst serves as a key player in route organization, driver support, and incident resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operational performance.
* \- Monitor vehicle loading and ensure routes commence within the scheduled timeframe.
* \- Monitor adherence to pickup and delivery routes and deadlines, acting in real time to prevent delays.
* \- Reassign vehicles or hire additional fleet capacity when necessary to ensure uninterrupted operations.
* \- Provide support to drivers and assistants in resolving incidents, maintaining delivery flow.
* \- Control cargo pickups from airlines and partner carriers per SAC instructions.
* \- Report and record incidents in the system (ESL) and via e\-mail, supporting client follow-up.
* \- Monitor driver WhatsApp groups, responding to requests and aligning deadlines and priorities.
* \- Comply with and enforce the Risk Management Plan (PGR), ensuring traceability and transport security.
* \- Monitor the execution of pickup and delivery confirmations on the driver's mobile app and in ESL.
* \- Manifest opening and closing.
* \- Contract and manage third-party carriers/drivers, including GRIS approvals, entries, and payment releases.
* \- Develop pickup and delivery routes for São Paulo, Greater São Paulo, and nationwide trips.
* Ensure handover of pending tasks and activities to the next shift, maintaining operational continuity.
