Job Summary: Forklift Operator for the chemical industry, responsible for product handling, storage, and control, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Support to manufacturing activities and continuous improvement Chemical industry hiring: Forklift Operator. Prerequisites: Completed high school education Experience in forklift operation Forklift Operator training course Responsibilities: * Store products and perform all inbound and outbound movements as instructed by the system, including proper inventory updates and system entries; * Assist in inventory counting for inventory control and ensure accurate recording of all movements in the WMS system for inventory management; * Report any deviations, problems, incidents, or near-misses during task execution to the immediate supervisor and request support to resolve them, ensuring a safe working environment and contributing to its maintenance. \- Contribute to incident, near-miss, and customer complaint investigation processes; \- Contribute to meeting departmental SLAs, such as loading time, order picking, production support/stoppage, among others. * Perform raw material replenishment, when applicable; * Ensure compliance with Quality standards regarding inventory control practices, especially in picking, storage, and warehouse organization; * Handle and move products while adhering to organization, 5S, and safety standards; \- Move drummed and IBC-packaged raw materials, complying with inventory control practices; \- Complete the raw material transfer work sheet, when applicable; * Provide support for re-tightening and basic lubrication activities; * Support product manufacturing in mixers and tanks, when requested. * Support inventory-related activities; * Properly complete work sheets, strictly following required checklists in the manufacturing, packaging, and loading processes, when applicable; \- Complete and inspect the forklift checklist; \- Ensure product integrity during handling, in compliance with Quality requirements; * Work in accordance with Health, Quality, Safety, and Environmental technical standards and procedures; * Support and participate in continuous improvement program activities; * Apply OPI (Observation of Prevention of Incidents) and OPIQ (Observation of Prevention of Quality Incidents) tools to ensure procedure validation and ASTs Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Medical assistance * Life insurance
