Strategic planning of processes and resources We are seeking an Operations Manager who: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Handle customer requests in accordance with operational demand priority management. * Prepare billing spreadsheets for additional invoicing. * Manage operational sector activities, equipment, and supplies through indicator analysis, evaluating strengths and diagnosing discrepancies for correction. * Manage, evaluate, and develop the operational team to achieve defined results. Identify and propose operational improvements to enhance productivity, quality, safety, cost reduction, and penalty avoidance. Identify, define, and monitor operational targets. * Ensure compliance with contractual SLAs; align and participate in meetings with the client. * Assess the volume proposed by the client and necessary adjustments. * Plan process and resource strategies by analyzing information and allocating resources according to demand to ensure sectoral delivery of results. * Validate and approve workforce headcount and equipment quantities and costs across all operational sectors, based on volume forecasts. Validate productivity and bonus results for payment purposes. * Promote workplace safety awareness among all employees via meetings, bulletins, and seminars, aiming to prevent accidents during operations. Respond to audits as required per unit certifications. * Organize the workplace in accordance with Good Quality Practices and 5S, complying with HS rules. * Comply with the unit’s Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management System, respecting operational best practices and adhering to quality and occupational safety pillars as well as food/product safety, in accordance with policies, manuals, and operational procedures established for the unit. * Perform tasks in accordance with operational procedures and controls. * Be aware of significant environmental aspects and impacts, as well as unacceptable hazards and risks within their area. * Availability for flexible working hours.
