Manage online stores and marketplaces **E-commerce Manager** \- Location: Centro – Rio de Janeiro/RJ We are a company specialized in importing products from China to Brazil, engaged in brand development, supplier selection, international logistics, and product distribution through digital channels and marketplaces. We are looking for a strategic, communicative, and results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead our digital operations and boost sales growth. **Key Responsibilities** Manage the company's entire e-commerce operation. Develop strategies to increase sales, conversion, and profitability. Administer online stores and marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopee, Magalu, and others). Plan promotional campaigns and digital marketing initiatives. Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory. Monitor performance metrics (KPIs), traffic, conversion, average order value, and ROI. Collaborate with teams in importation, logistics, sales, and customer service. Coordinate suppliers, agencies, and partners. Identify market trends and opportunities for new products. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields. Proven experience managing e-commerce operations. Knowledge of marketplaces and e-commerce platforms. Experience with digital marketing tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. Analytical, organized profile with a strong focus on results. **Preferred Qualification:** knowledge of international importation and supplier negotiation.
