Senior Process and Controls Analyst

Description

We are seeking a professional to strategically drive organizational process transformation and optimization! **Key responsibilities:** * Map, review, and structure organizational processes using BPMN; * Support implementation/migration of integrated systems (ERP); * Design workflows, business rules, and RACI matrices; * Develop performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor results; * Support process standardization with focus on audit and compliance; * Conduct training sessions and disseminate best practices across teams; * Collaborate with departments to reduce operational bottlenecks and improve efficiency. **Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, IT, or related fields; * Experience in process design and optimization; * Proficiency with tools such as Bizagi, Visio, or Lucidchart; * Hands-on experience with integrated ERP systems; * Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, PDCA, Ishikawa, and 5S; * Experience with processes related to auditing and internal controls. **We seek a candidate with strong interpersonal coordination skills, adaptable communication, systemic thinking, and the ability to lead cultural change and cross-departmental integration.** Compensation: R$9\.500,00 \- R$9\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Selection questions: * Which continuous improvement methodologies have you applied in practice (e.g., PDCA, Lean Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 5S)? * Which ERP systems have you used? * How many years of experience do you have in process control? * What is your salary expectation?
