**Responsibilities and Duties** **Mission:** Build and sustain the operational performance management system (processes, KPIs, and continuous improvement), ensuring initiative execution and value capture across cost, service, productivity, and capital.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Map end\-to\-end processes and define operational standards, SLAs, and routine controls.
* Establish and maintain KPI governance (definitions, data sources, consistency) and industrial/logistics dashboards.
* Conduct performance rituals (DMS) and action plan management, including escalation and deadline tracking.
* Lead continuous improvement projects (Lean/DMAIC), perform root\-cause analysis, and implement solutions with control plans.
* Measure losses and opportunities (OEE, scrap, rework, damages, OTIF, productivity, logistics cost) and propose initiatives.
* Track gains / *benefits tracking* (baseline, targets, realized gains) in partnership with Finance and Operations: released CAPEX \+ incremental OPEX versus Payback and ROI of projects.
* Train operational teams on tools and routines (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, VSM, 5S) and support change management.
* Serve as a bridge between Operations, Logistics, and Finance for data\-driven prioritization and decision\-making.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **To join our Talent Pool, you must have:**
* Education: Engineering or related fields (preferably Mechanical, Chemical, Production, or Business Administration Engineering)
* Proficiency in operational KPIs (OEE, OTIF, productivity, losses, inventory).
* Excel/Power BI (or similar) for reporting analysis and automation.
* Experience with Lean/Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred).
* Industrial and/or logistics experience with focus on performance and processes.
* 100% on\-site work at our business units (Botafogo, Pavuna, and Queimados).
**Success Indicators (Examples)**
* Reduction in losses (scrap, rework, damages, rush shipments/extra freight).
* Increased productivity and efficiency (OEE, units/hour, picks/hour).
* Improved service level (OTIF, lead time, backlog).
* Adherence to standards and routine discipline (meetings, action plans, data SLA).
* Validated and sustained gains (R$) (control plan).
