Submit your resume and good luck! **\#WeAreOcyan** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support tracking the status of agreements and evaluations (active employees, newly hired, terminated, transferred, etc.) * Support the Internship and Apprenticeship Programs * Track expiration/renewal dates of internship contracts and recess periods * Track expiration/renewal dates of apprenticeship contracts and recess periods * Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration * Support organizing in-person onboarding * Support organizing general events * Organize and automate reports/controls * Optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) * Map university career fairs/events and manage schedules/coordination of involved parties **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources (preferably from the 5th semester onward). * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. * Interest in human development and HR management practices. * Desire to learn and grow within the field. * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. **Additional Information** **We offer the following benefits:** * Internship allowance * Transportation allowance * Meal and/or food vouchers * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance **JOIN OUR TEAM** Ocyan has served the upstream oil and gas sector for decades, delivering high-quality services backed by strong technical expertise.
