




Job Summary: A kitchen professional responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating dishes while ensuring hygiene, food safety, and teamwork. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain kitchen equipment and manage inventory control. \- Prepare ingredients, including cutting, washing, and performing necessary pre\-preparation tasks for meals, following established recipes and menus. \- Cook food items, including meats, vegetables, pasta, and other dishes, ensuring proper doneness and cooking time;\- Strictly adhere to hygiene and food safety regulations, keeping the work area clean and sanitized, and following appropriate food handling practices;\- Assist with inventory control by monitoring ingredient and product quantities and quality, minimizing waste and ensuring all items are within their expiration dates;\- Plate dishes attractively and according to specified guidelines, ensuring readiness for service;\- Collaborate effectively with other cooks, kitchen assistants, and staff to ensure efficient and high-quality production;\- Maintain kitchen equipment and promptly report any issues to the responsible department.
