Key responsibilities include attracting and serving customers, registering and finalizing enrollments, and maintaining ongoing relationships with our student base. The role requires active prospecting of new leads through external outreach and telemarketing, clarifying inquiries about our courses and benefits, and achieving sales targets. This is an on-site, full-time position. **Qualifications** * **Sales Skills:** Experience in sales, with emphasis on negotiation and persuasion to meet established targets; telemarketing experience is preferred. * **Communication and Relationship Building:** Ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and pleasantly, ensuring strong customer relationships. * **Organization and Proactivity:** Well-organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and proactive in identifying sales opportunities. * Completion of high school is mandatory.
