Job Summary: Professional responsible for ensuring proper use of uniforms and PPEs, and for performing and supervising building maintenance and facility conservation activities. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in general services as required ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** \*\*\*\*\*\*ALL OUR POSITIONS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND INSS-REHABILITATED INDIVIDUALS.\*\*\*\*\*\* Ensure proper use of uniforms and PPEs, personal hygiene, materials, and products, in accordance with established standards, instructions from the immediate supervisor, and safety regulations; Perform and supervise various building maintenance and facility conservation activities in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry areas, carrying out necessary repairs; Assist in and verify proper operation of electrical and lighting equipment, perform minor repairs, and report faults in installations; Carry out preventive maintenance at Contract Units, inspecting equipment conditions and performing necessary repairs; Organize the maintenance department by conducting general cleaning and removing unused materials to ensure a safe and healthy work environment; Ensure that the quality of performed tasks consistently meets the standards required by ApoioEcolimp or stipulated in the contract; Provide assistance in general services as required and requested under the contract; Perform related duties according to competencies, upon request from the immediate supervisor. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** MINIMUM EDUCATION: Completed elementary school. DESIRED: Technical training in Maintenance, Electrical, Hydraulic, Mechanical, or related fields. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN FIELD: 6 months. DESIRED: 1 year.
