Focus on continuous improvement and results **Opportunity: Production Leader | PJ** Duque de Caxias/RJ – On-site Remuneration: To be negotiated (PJ) Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM An industrial company specializing in the manufacture of modern-design furniture—combining steel and wood—is seeking a professional with strong leadership skills to work directly on factory operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and guide the production team (metalworking, carpentry, painting, and related areas) * Ensure the quality of manufactured components * Organize and distribute workload within the factory * Address technical issues arising in the production process * Meet deadlines and quality standards * Support continuous process improvement **We seek a candidate who:** * Has solid experience in a factory environment * Has prior leadership experience (e.g., supervisor, team leader, or manager) * Possesses knowledge of metalworking and carpentry * Has a hands-on profile with operational involvement * Demonstrates strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and results orientation **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical education in related fields (mechanical engineering, metallurgy, carpentry, etc.) Benefits * Breakfast provided at the workplace * Transportation allowance Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
