Promote a data-driven culture and support strategic decision-making A health research institution in Rio de Janeiro is seeking a Senior Data Analyst. **Responsibilities:** Architect, design, validate data, and generate reports, ensuring consistency and credibility of information. Prepare and consolidate data for institutional presentations and periodic reports to leadership and managers. Develop, implement, and maintain automated and dynamic reports and dashboards for data visualization and institutional KPIs. Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within large datasets, supporting strategic management decisions. Develop and support the development of automated tools in collaboration with end-user departments. Promote a data-driven culture, fostering strategic and operational decisions based on real, objective, and measurable data. Previous experience as a Senior Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Junior Data Analyst, or Data Scientist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
