If you identify with our purpose, let’s imagine and engineer the future together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Lead the project maturation process, from conceptual to basic design, ensuring adherence to the company’s engineering standards; * Request, analyze, and validate project schedules jointly with the planning department; * Review, receive, and critically assess the Conceptual Project, verifying scope, document quality, and compliance with minimum requirements; * Request the project budget from the responsible department based on the developed conceptual and validate the cost estimate; * Support the use of Technical/Economic Feasibility Study and Maintain vs. Invest tools; * Organize and conduct technical meetings (TRs) with multidisciplinary teams to validate scope; * Request, analyze, and negotiate proposals from engineering firms for basic project execution; * Validate technical deliverables lists, costs, and scopes proposed by contracted engineering firms; * Prepare presentations and participate in management meetings (FGs), presenting scope, costs, and project maturity; * Develop the project disbursement plan in the system to request OPEX funding, and issue and track approvals; * Monitor basic project execution alongside the engineering firm, including document reviews, recurring FUPs, and site visits; * Conduct kick-off meetings (KOM) and oversee comprehensive monitoring of basic project progress; * Track costs, OPEX disbursements, and financial projections throughout the entire lifecycle; * Hold weekly FUPs with coordinators and engineers to update status, bottlenecks, and needs; * Simultaneously manage a portfolio of multiple projects, ensuring deadlines, scope, and delivery quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Basic requirements include:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in the chemical and petrochemical industry; * Proficiency in report writing and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint — Advanced); * Knowledge of Primavera and SAP (Intermediate); * Ability to critically analyze technical documents (scope, deliverables, standards, and minimum requirements); * Ability to lead and participate in technical and management meetings; * Skill in conducting frequent FUPs, alignment meetings, and deliverable tracking; * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with organization and prioritization; * Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing presentations and project presentations. **Additional Information** **Job Characteristics:** * Employment type: Regular Office (On-site); * Work location: Duque de Caxias/RJ; * Working hours: 7:20 AM to 4:36 PM\. **Benefits included in this position:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Gympass partnership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
