Job Summary: Perform laboratory tests, inspect samples, handle materials and equipment, record complaints, and issue data for test reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct tests according to scope and competence 2. Handle non-conformities and issue data for test reports 3. Collect and preserve field samples for analysis Conduct tests according to the laboratory's scope and your competence as defined in the competency matrix; Inspect received samples and validate them; Handle, inspect, transport, and store reference materials and equipment; Record and address technical complaints from customers; Address non-conformities when already registered by the quality control department; Issue final data for the preparation of test reports for approval by the Operations Manager; Collect and preserve field samples for analysis following sampling procedures; Verify service coverage to the customer during sample collection; Receive customer complaints in the field and forward them to the quality management system for handling; Package samples and bring them to the laboratory for analysis
