Assists in material handling and collaborates with teams **Summary of Responsibilities:** * Maintain cleanliness and preservation of internal and external areas of the industrial plant * Clean floors, walls, windows, auxiliary equipment, and corridors * Collect and dispose of industrial waste and non-hazardous materials * Perform light maintenance: painting, minor repairs, lamp replacement, etc. * Assist in simple material handling * Collaborate with maintenance and facilities teams * Report anomalies and repair needs to the responsible supervisor **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education * Prior experience in general services, light maintenance, or industrial facilities * Knowledge of cleaning, gardening, light painting, or building maintenance * Proficiency in using hand tools and simple machinery (e.g., brush cutter, floor washer) **Desired Skills:** * Agility * Discipline * Teamwork * Good communication Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.700,00 per month Work Location: On-site
