Willingness to learn and develop while working toward goals RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Perform installation and repair services for CCTV, alarm, intercom/telephony, access control, and automation systems according to service orders (OS), ensuring adherence to deadlines, service quality, and team performance. \- Install low-to-medium complexity electrical and electronic systems, supervise the team, and procure and measure required materials. \- Execute planned and supervision-defined activities, ensuring the provision of installation and maintenance services for CCTV, ALARMS, intercom/telephony, access control, and automation systems to keep the customer base in optimal operating condition. \- Manage material receipt for installations and maintenance, attest service orders (OS), and ensure compliance with requested specifications. \- Prepare and analyze OS reports for corrective maintenance following site visits and problem identification, aiming to address customer requests as quickly as possible. \- Prepare maintenance follow-up reports detailing service status to ensure effective operational control. \- Report non-conformities identified during preventive and corrective maintenance (including customer complaints), specifying root causes and proposing preventive measures to identify improvement opportunities and refine work processes and methods. \- Perform other duties inherent to this role. REQUIREMENTS: \* Technical education in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. \* Proficiency in Word and Excel. \* Experience: 2 years \* Driver's license category B preferred. \* CFT certification preferred. \* Specific knowledge of installation and maintenance of Intelbras, Honeywell, Hikvision, PPA, and Peccinin equipment and systems. \* Willingness to learn and develop. \* Ability to work toward goals and deadlines.
