We are Reserva, Oficina, Foxton, Go, Mini, and INK. *We are all Azzas 2154\.* **Responsibilities and Duties** Job Description: **Facilities Coordinator – Distribution Centers (Reserva)** Responsible for end-to-end facilities management across Reserva’s Distribution Centers (Rio de Janeiro and Barueri), ensuring efficient, safe, and technically and legally compliant building operations. Strategically manage budgetary control, contracts, and suppliers to guarantee quality, SLAs, and cost optimization. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems (civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, utilities, and critical infrastructure). * Ensure full operational readiness of DCs, minimizing risks and impacts on logistics operations. * Manage service contracts and suppliers (maintenance, cleaning, security, utilities, etc.), monitoring performance and KPIs. * Control departmental budget, tracking CAPEX and OPEX, identifying savings opportunities and operational efficiencies. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, AVCB, licenses, and other legal requirements. * Maintain constant interface with Logistics, Occupational Safety, IT, and corporate departments. * Lead improvement projects, retrofits, and structural adaptations as operationally required. * Lead internal or outsourced teams, promoting organization, demand prioritization, and SLA adherence. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Prior experience in facilities management, preferably within distribution centers. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Analytical profile, focused on results and continuous process improvement. **What We Expect From This Profile** * Negotiation skills. * Organizational ability and systemic vision. * Sense of urgency and proactivity. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Analytical mindset and focus on problem resolution. * Dynamism to operate effectively in a transforming environment.
