Our goal is to foster a performance- and results-driven culture. **Position Objective** Build and maintain the company’s official data semantic layer, ensuring that metrics and reports consumed by BI tools (Power BI, Metabase), product (dashboards and internal/external reports), and executive leadership are based on a single, consistent, business-oriented definition. The architecture must include a programmable semantic layer (e.g., Cube.js) to serve metrics in a standardized manner via API. **Key Responsibilities** * Define the company’s official metrics * Model entities and business rules in the semantic layer * Implement and maintain Cube.js (or a similar tool) * Ensure different consumers use the same definitions * Structure transformations in the data warehouse * Guarantee data quality, traceability, and consistency * Manage versioning of models and metrics * Collaborate with Engineering and Infrastructure teams to ensure stability * Expose metrics via semantic API * Prepare datasets for BI * Support integration of the semantic layer into the product * Conduct exploratory analyses * Identify patterns and opportunities * Experiment with AI applications on structured data * Support strategic decisions with quantitative analyses **Technical Requirements:** * Advanced SQL * Experience with modern data warehouse * Experience with metric and business rule modeling * Experience with BI tools * Experience with or strong interest in Cube.js (or a similar semantic layer) * Experience with data transformation (dbt or similar is a plus) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience as an Analytics Engineer * Experience integrating a semantic layer into product * Experience with financial or marketplace data * Knowledge of applied statistics * Experience with experimentation or business-applied AI **Expected Profile** * Ability to structure a new domain from scratch * Systems thinking * Strong sense of ownership * Conceptual clarity to translate business rules into formal metrics * Ability to balance engineering and analytical work What We Offer: * Additional benefits: health insurance, dental insurance, meal voucher, and remote-work allowance. * A dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional development. **Join us and be part of the Future of Incentives!**
