That’s why we seek talents like you—dreamers who want to make a difference! **Responsibilities and Duties** To build this team with us, the candidate will face the following challenges: * Performing residential customer installation and repair services for FTTH and FTTA network technologies; * Repairing/correcting service faults, including slowness, WiFi issues, no connectivity, intermittency, etc.; * Removing cables from canceled customers to free up capacity for new customers; * Verifying access feasibility when the commercial team has doubts about whether our network is available in a given area; * Relocating equipment within the same residence (room-to-room moves); * Relocating equipment to a different address upon customer request; * Performing upgrades—replacing or adding equipment when the customer changes their plan; * Participating in training sessions and meetings when invited; * Other duties consistent with the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** Professional Profile We Seek: * Completed high school education; * Valid Category B driver’s license (permanent); * NR 10 (electrical safety) and NR 35 (work at height) certifications preferred; * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; * Flexibility regarding working hours / willingness to travel; * Prior experience in telecommunications companies preferred. **Additional Information** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Giga Inclusão – PCD dependent support * Total Pass * Birthday day off * Extended maternity leave (180 days) and paternity leave (20 days) * Psicologia Viva (available for those enrolled in Amil health plan) * E-learning platform on the intranet * Tour House: 5%–12% discounts on airline tickets, hotel bookings, and car rentals. * Movida: 10% discount applied to daily rental rates * Samsung Partnership Portal With the purpose of **connecting people, ideas, and businesses while promoting digital and social inclusion in Brazil**, Alloha Fibra is today the largest independent fiber-optic group in the country.
