Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and marine regulations OSM Thome is looking for an experienced DPO to join a Cargo Transfer Vessel (CTV) operating in Brazil. You will be part of a professional offshore team, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable vessel operations during all cargo transfer activities. ### **Key responsibilities** * Operate and monitor the Dynamic Positioning system during all offshore operations * Maintain vessel position and heading as per operational requirements * Support the Master with voyage planning, navigation and bridge watchkeeping * Follow company and client procedures for cargo transfer and offshore operations * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and marine regulations * Complete DP logbooks, checklists and operational reports accurately ### **Requirements** * Valid STCW Certificate of Competency suitable for DPO duties * Valid DP FULL certificate (NI or equivalent), with relevant DP sea time on offshore vessels * Experience on DP vessels, preferably CTV or similar offshore support vessels and shuttle tanker * Strong knowledge of DP systems, offshore operations and bridge procedures * All mandatory STCW safety certificates and valid medical fitness * Good English communication skills and strong safety mindset
