If you have a strong background in HSEQ management, integrated management systems, and the maritime/offshore industry, we would like to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Integrated Management System; * Ensure compliance with legal requirements, international standards, and client\-specific HSEQ requirements; * Coordinate internal and external HSEQ audits; * Lead accident and incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action follow\-up; * Monitor HSEQ KPIs and recommend improvement actions; * Supervise the HSEQ team and third\-party service providers; * Promote a strong safety culture through training and awareness initiatives; * Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Sciences, or related fields; * Experience in HSEQ roles, preferably in the maritime or offshore industry; * Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards; * Experience with audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations; * Advanced English; * Previous experience leading or coordinating teams; * CREA or applicable professional registration is a plus. **Nice to Have** * Internal Auditor certification; * Experience with Integrated Management Systems; Offshore certifications such as CBSP and HUET. * Location: Rio de Janeiro, Brazil Industry: Maritime \& Offshore
