The Pricing area is responsible for defining and operating pricing strategies in the company's physical stores. Our work aims to optimize product pricing at the store level, balancing sales volume and profitability while ensuring optimal in-store operations and customer experience. The Data Analyst role within the Pricing team focuses on automating the company's pricing processes, optimizing operational workflows, and generating visualizations and insights that support strategic decision-making.
**Responsibilities and Duties** **In this team, you will have the opportunity to:**
* Structure commercial analyses and diagnostics to support business area decision-making.
* Develop performance studies related to sales, margin, pricing, inventory, and profitability.
* Build, monitor, and enhance KPIs, executive dashboards, and reports.
* Identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve margin, and enhance operational efficiency.
* Analyze consumer, category, channel, and regional behavior to generate strategic insights.
* Support commercial planning and the definition of promotional strategies.
* Collaborate with departments such as Commercial, Pricing, Planning, Marketing, BI, and Operations.
* Automate analyses and optimize business intelligence-related processes.
* Transform data into actionable insights to support the company’s strategic decisions.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you for this position:**
* Experience in Commercial Intelligence, Pricing, BI, or Planning areas.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and KPI development.
* Knowledge of Looker Studio for dashboard creation and data visualization.
* Hands-on experience analyzing sales, margin, inventory, and commercial KPIs.
* Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
* Retail, e-commerce, fintech, or data-driven company experience is desirable.
**Nice-to-have skills include:**
* SQL or automation tools for analysis and process automation.
* Experience in retail, e-commerce, marketplaces, or fintechs.
* Expertise in pricing, commercial planning, or revenue management strategies and analyses.
* Executive dashboard development and business indicator visualization.
